Itty Bookstore Referral Program Terms

Effective as of November 1, 2025

Welcome to the Itty Bookstore Ambassador Referral Program, where you can earn rewards by referring new users to our products! These terms supplement (and control in any conflict with) our Terms of Service and collectively govern your participation in our referral program. By participating in our referral program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you cannot participate in the referral program.

Eligibility

To be eligible as a referrer for the referral program, you must:

• Have a qualifying account with us in good standing;
• Comply with these terms and any applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

We reserve the right to determine your eligibility for the referral program at our sole discretion and to terminate or suspend your participation at any time for any reason.

How to Participate

To participate in the referral program, you must follow the instructions on our site or app to generate and share your unique referral link or code with your friends, family, or other contacts who are not (and have not been) Itty Bookstore Subscribers, including through free trials. You can choose how to share your referral link or code, but you must not spam, harass, or otherwise annoy anyone with your referrals. You are solely responsible for your referrals and any content or communications you share with them.

A valid referral is one that meets the following criteria:

• The referral is a new user or a current user who has never used Itty Bookstore Subscription service;
• The referral uses your valid referral link or code to sign up for our paid products;
• The referral completes a qualifying purchase;

We reserve the right to reject any referrals that we deem invalid, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms or any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

Rewards

For each valid referral you make, you will receive a reward as described in the specific referral program you're participating in. The reward can vary depending on the nature of the referral program, and we reserve the right to change the reward at any time without notice. The reward will be credited to your account after the referral meets all the qualifying criteria. The reward can be subject to additional terms and conditions, such as expiration dates, limitations, or exclusions. We reserve the right to revoke or cancel at our sole discretion, for example, for fraud, abuse, or chargebacks. Our referral programs may, at our discretion, cap the number of referrals in a given time (for example, 10 per year). You are responsible for any taxes you incur due to receiving rewards.

Restrictions

You agree to participate in the referral program in good faith and in compliance with these terms and any applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You agree not to:

• Use any deceptive, misleading, or unethical methods to solicit referrals, such as making false or exaggerated claims about our products, offering incentives or rewards that are not authorized by us, or impersonating or misrepresenting your relationship with us;
• Use any automated, scripted, or fraudulent means to generate referrals, such as bots, hacks, or fake accounts;
• Refer existing customers of our products or customers who have previously used our products;

We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious or fraudulent activity related to the referral program and invalidate any referrals or rewards that we believe to violate these terms or any applicable laws, rules, or regulations. We also reserve the right to take any legal action that we consider appropriate in such cases.
